Few issues

I bought a paseo thats fixable for 600 bucks maybe you guys can help me with a few issues i'm trying to fix:

Power steering pump is either removed or disconnected

When i turn my left turn signal on my brights stay on

Hood and passenger side fender are dented

doors do not lock

rear engine seal leaks oil a little

The bright lights coming on when you turn on the left blinker is common with the older Paseos and Tercels, can't help with the other problems though.

i figured out the power steering issue, the guy had no fluid in it! it works now...

How can i fix the light issue?

I have not taken the time to take apart the blinker mechanism to figure it out. If you do have the time and figure it out please post.
