Transmission compatability

I was woundering what transmissions are compatable with a 3.0 liter duratec v6. I know the 5r55n was used in the lincoln ls. Are there any other rear drive transmissions that would be interchangable.

well acualy there are about five outher ones that i know of the tr56i the 6t701
