keeyless door locks

I have a 2002 4x4auto 4 door nissan frontier & the elec door locks stopped working. even from inside with switch. have checked all fuses + fuses under hood. seems to be clicking under dash , is there a relay of somekind there ? any help appreciated. also the overdrive on - off switch on the shifter not working?
