1- Does stalling occurs when engine is hot or cold, or both? its -18 out...

2- Besides the visual check for vacuum leaks, did you actually use a gauge to check for vacuum leaks? no don't have one.

3- Does you accelerator pedal get stuck? nope, still working as it should

Also it is the correct gasket, the gasket maker was just in case for whatever reason the new gasket made a bad seal.

If you have a bad seal with the gasket then you have issues with something either warped or installed in the improper order/ torque.

Re: Car Starts then stalls and POP!

Lester1 is right. Keep in mind that air passages need to be sealed properly and any air introduced in the air intake AFTER the Mass Air Flow Sensor causes weird problems. TB is not the place for the gasket maker.

If you want to save money, you should invest in a Vacuum/Fuel Pressure Gauge. They cost about $ 10-15 and you need to read the Vacuum.

You should also answer question 1 in my previous post. That alone will tell you in almost 100% certainty if the Idle Air Control Valve is faulty.
