1968 302 low oil pressure

I have a fresh rebuilt 302 that has no or very low oil pressure. I've changed the pump and verified that the shaft is seated and turning. I checked to make sure the pickup wasn't hitting the bottom of the pan and that there is some clearance however I don't know how much there should be. I've checked the 3 oil passage plugs in the back and front. I spun the pump with a drill and I get pressure but had to run the drill fairly fast to get a reading of 20psi. Crank was turned and new bearing installed during rebuild. I did plasti guage them however this is my first rebuild. Looking for ideas?

Check and make sure your cam bearings havent spun. Ive seen a drop in oil pressure come from there. The two holes should line up.

Thanks, found my problem. As I stated this is my first rebuild. I didn't install the oil plug under the intake manifold. Put that in and now have good pressure.
