hello i have a 1995 pontiac trans sport i love the van except 2 issues i cant find the programming instructions for the keyless entry and the overhead temp shows minus 40 everytime i start the van the highest it has read is minus 18 how can i take care of these 2 problems any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Re: trans sport keyless entry
To program the keyless entry, you will need to remove the glove box... Look above the area of the light, and you will see a black box this will be the keyless entry module... On this module you should find a button, you will press and hold that button to program the remotes..
I think if needed I can dig up the instructions to program the system... For the temp reading you may have a bad Temp sensor... It resides ahead of the radiator attached to the header panel... |

To expand a little bit what JRS said:
- Ignition "on" - press the button until the power locks cycle once. Release button [From this point on, repeat for each remote] - press and release the button once again - you have 10 seconds to press any button on the 1st remote you want to program - once you press the button, the module will indicate the remote was accepted by cycling the locks again.
