GTP+Rain=Crazy idle
This might sound strange but everytime it rains and I start up my car in the morning my car sounds like its choking, crazy RPM drop, and if I pull onto the road it just chugs, only way to "fix" this is have the car warm up and wait 30min or so, then I start it up and its fine, now this only happens when it rains, no SES light, 97 GTP 125xxx heres a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJDGPGPqVGoof it idling, ignore the click noise thats just my wipers, you can't tell in the video but when I accelerate the car just chugs, at about 35sec you can see the rpm drop to zero then go back up, any ideas?

Re: GTP+Rain=Crazy idle
I would check three things.
1. Ignition wire integrity...pull the plug boots off the coil packs one at a time to check for bright and shiny connections. Also check the plug ends. 2. The coil packs themselves are seated on sort of a large spade lug type arrangement. The coil packs can come off one at a time to check those terminals although they are protected by a "weather packing" gasket but it could be rolled, contaminated, or broken. 3. MAF - before my MAF died it would act up on rainy days. I think the moisture in the air requires more current draw on the hot-wire anemometer. Usual solution is to stop, shutoff, unplug MAF and restart to see if conditions immediately improve.
