05 Malibu radio/lights on radio not working

Hi, My battery died yesterday and I got a jump, turned my car off when I got somewhere and my car wouldn't start again. I got another jump and brought my car to my dad's and took his truck to work. He figured my battery was shot, even though the charger was indicating a full charge. We think the drop cell was giving us a false reading on the battery so I bought a new one, and the car has fired right up since then. The only problem now, is I think I may have blown a fuse while jumping it, and my radio nor my clock will turn on, the car also doesn't "ding" when inserting the key and/or opening the door. We checked the fuse box under the hood, and the one by the driver's side door and can't seem to find one that's blown, or which one would be the one leading to the radio. Any ideas?

Check your manual. You will find the locations of fuse boxes and definiens.

May have damaged the BCM, body control module. May have to bring it to the dealer to be sure. Most everything goes through there.

Ok Did you jump start the car with both cables in the post of the battery or did you put the neg. of the bad battery in the engine block and the plus + in the postive post. And the both cables of the good battery in the posts, if you did well, your ok but if you put both cables of the good battery and the bad well, you might as well, smash the computer becuase the only thing your doing is that not with your hands but almost. Now did by any chance did the cable touch each other.
