was the tamiya 1/12 caterham #89565 fully assembled and comes with a display showcase? Is it exactly the same as the unassembled model except that it has been assembled? How much was it worth when new? thanks.

The Japanese MSRP was 48,000 yen, and the US MSRP was $885. I don't know the price in Euro.
FYI, an unassembled kit was 19,800 yen (+ tax). The key word is "was," because Tamiya keeps raising prices for the last few years.
