1/8 Senna helmet decal conversion 1985

Does any one know if there is a conversion decal for the Minichamps Senna helmet from 1985 ( 1/8 scale)
At the moment it comes with Team Lotus above the visor, but the original has John Player above it.
Cheers.

Hello!
Museum Collection makes 1/8th decals for helmets including Ayrton's.
Check out this link on HLJ : http://www.hlj.com/product/MCLDC-47
their search engine does not work with "senna" but "sena" (maybe licence fees problems). Anyway if you want to see how it looks, go to http://www.museumcollection.co.jp/seihin/etc/18iaso.htm
There is a John Player logo but it's printed with yellow around the black letters, maybe it is for covering the Team Lotus Logo...
bye

Re: 1/8 Senna helmet decal conversion 1985

Hey, thanks for that, a good bit of detective work.
I see Macs models does them for $20.
After reading a few posts, the museam collection decals seam difficult to apply. They have a layer over them that is removed once they are dry, leaving the the letters behind giving a great finish. I wonder if the yellow could be this covering.
Does anyone else have any experiance with these decals?

Well I think it depends of the decal you use. The hard stuff one is the "high tech decal" with no film around the letters, very difficult to apply indeed...
I used some regular decals from Museum Collection, and no problem at all.
BTW I'm thinking they also make stickers for helmets but don't know if so for 1/8th...
