1996 5.7l z71

please tell me you have the answer. 1996 z71 5.7 having trouble running i parked it sunday monday it would not start all ignition components have been replaced, fuel filter replaced, fuel pump tested, computer changed still no help. when i turn the key fuel pressure goes to 68 but seems to be vapor locked so i pull the fuse it turns over fine but as soon as i try to start it with pump on it feels locked again. it has been acting strange last couple of months with hard starts, rough idle. once it warmed up it ran alot better but on rainy days/ high humidity it was harder to start and ran bad all day long

plug wires with the bad running on humid days...check for damaged and wires not routed correctly..remove cap inspect for arcing/black carbon...if after the ignition work it still causes a hard start it could be a bad ECT eng coolant sensor...or the injectors are leaking ...causing a flooding condition in some cylinders..see if the fuel pressure holds after the key is left on, and engine off...
