HELP 98 Venture Wont start or crank over

So I replaced the brake lines because one was torn. The car drove fine up until the job was completed. The battery is good checked the volltage the starter is getting power but it wont let it crank. Its like something is stopping it. The lights works dash dings everything appears to be in order just no cranks. It is almost like the passkey is stopping it from starting but there is no security light or anything. I also seen something about a neutral safety switch. Anyone with ideas PLEASE HELP!!!!

Check for power at the starter on the purple wire while the key is in the cranks position. If there is power than the starter might be bad. If there isn't power than you can start focusing on the ignition switch, neutral safety switch, etc.

I apologize I should have said I checked the starter it is getting power. Also checked the battery with the multi meter. I also try putting it in reverse and the reverse lights do not come on is that normal? Also I noticed now the van goes into gear without applying the brake did I screw something up bleeding them. The van is a strong runner no engine or tranny issues. One last thing the indicator lights that show the gears park reverese neutral etc. The little light that lights up under them is not working. This all happened at the same time. Please help me out. I was leaning toward the switch but I am not sure. Anyone know how are one of those are to change.

Thanks!!!!! It appears that when I was running the brake lines I unhooked one of the wires on the Neutral Safety Switch!!!!!! It is back on the road running like a champ!!!!
