How far was the push?
Have you tryed a reset on it by pulling 4W fuse?
Have you tryed putting transmissionin neutral or backing up and rooling forward a little?

What transfer case does it have

Have you tryed to reset it by pulling fuse?
The 236 transfer case can be tested and checked out and code read out with a engine/transmission/transfer case capable scanner.
Post back any codes you get.

Let us know how it goes.

Not much you can do without the transfer capable scanner.
Check around for a repair shop that has one.
Let us know how it goes.
Good Luck

Re: Service 4wd 99 blazer

If no capable scanner can be found.
Always check all fuses and wiring.

A factory repair manual or a All Data online sub has a lot of circuit and voltage checks and switch test you can run on switch and transfer case control module and encoder motor and a pin out voltage check on module.

Good Luck and let us know how it goes.

Re: Service 4wd 99 blazer

Good find on the codes.
There is you problem.
Did you get them with a OBD11 scanner or a transfer case scanner?

323 is a code for transfer case lock solenoid circuit.

387 is no shift code.

Code 310 is a shift motor circuit open or bad shift motor.

323 and 310 are both circuit problems.

Make sure you check all wiring and power feeds and grounds.

Get the repair flow chart for them codes and go threw the repair flow charts.
Check all wiring circuits and power feeds and do not forget grounds.

Factory repair manual or a A -All Data online sub will have the repair flow charts and take you threw the repair.
