Power Sliders
Hello
Last question What is the best practise for maintenance and lubrication of the power sliding doors? I have 2. And the one binds upon closing, often opens and requires me to retry. It always closes, just not on the first time. It gets about 3/4 shut and then reopens. Any thoughts. Paul |

Greasing the rollers attracts dirt and will make them bind. If you haven't done so already, use a piece of emery cloth or electrical contact cleaner on both the pillar and the leading door edge copper contacts. Ensure the doors are aligned and the rear latch is positioned properly. You can also do a search on the forum, type in 'sliding door'. Lots of hits. Paul, FWIW, you could have put all your questions in the same post. Just number them.
