2004 Sienna Transmission Pan Leaking

When I was changing the oil on my 2004 sienna, I noticed that the transmission pan gasket has been leaking. I know it says that I should never have to replace the filter or the fluid in this transmission, but it looks like I am going to be at least changing the fluid. Does anyone know if the filter is easily serviceable on this van? How much transmission fluid should I buy (since I have to make the trek to the dealer 30 miles away)? Are there any other tips anyone can give?

Thanks
