2000 Grand Cherokee-no brake lights

I'm trying to help a friend with her Grand Cherokee...

She got stopped by the police today who told her that she only had one functioning brake light bulb. When I looked at the car this evening, she had NO functioning brake lights at all. The running lights, and backup/turn signals work.
We switched the bulbs and replaced the brake switch under the dash with no luck. I couldn't find a fuse specifically for the brake lights, but there was a fuse for the switch and it was good.
My only other guess is a short somewhere in the wiring...any ideas?

You should have power at the switch on the pink w/dark blue wire. If there is no power check fuse #23 in the junction block. Having the owners manual will help you identify the fuse a little easier.

Never mind, she took it to the stealership to let them fix (geez, another day and we'd have had it)
Thanks anyway!
