800, that is a tall order, what is it that you want the engine and/or car to be able to do?

Without a lot of help the car itself is probably not going to be able to take the torque from an 800 HP engine without turning the car into a pretzel.

800 IS a tall order for a small block. At least a street engine, anyway. Is it intended for street?

I think the "easy" way would be to build a 500 HP version and "spray it" with a 300 "hit"... Would you consider a supercharger?

Otherwise, "pack it tight and spin it up!" That is, high compression and high revs. Not for the faint of heart OR the "small budget".

Give a little more insight into your performance requirements and application, and I can give solid advice concerning parts and work necessary to "get there from here".
