help mom in need of advice
my son has a 94 dodge stealth 3000 non turbo dohc been stored at my home for 3yrs, with engine problem .i recently bought an engine (same as what was in it) and now has 6clyd. sohc please some one help me get key info on the difference so i may confront the sitiuation with some knowledge .will the heads from orig. fit with 6cyl.sohc along with other orig. parts please help

thanks for responding kinda dazed and confused,already procured dohc engine thats what was supposed to b going back in car

In response to your PM no, the DOHC heads will not work on a SOHC. The SOHC will bolt up in a DOHC but thats about it. The electronics are all different. The entire engine harness is different, the ECU is different, AC, alternator and power steering pump, all different. Even the timing belt equipment is different.
