Hi all

can anyone recommend a silver paint to use on a pre-war Auto Union type D car ? I'm building the Matchbox kit but I can't find a match.

thanks

Re: Silver arrows paint code

I think you dont have to get a special silver for a model of a silberpfeil car.
Any silver like Tamiya TS-17 or Tamiya AS-12 would work just fine.

If you still want or need a specific code or want to have a basecoat paint mixed you could go with RAL Standard Color number: 9006 Aluminium. This is the german standard aluminium paint colour.

Hope this helps!

Emil
