77 Monte Carlo
This was my first paint job with an airbrush. The paint is Testors (yes, the worst paint to use) Blue Metal Flake mixed with high gloss clear and wetsanded, and layed about 3 more coats of clear on top.
Rims are from Hoppin Hydro's. Not the best looking Cragar Supreme rims, but they worked out on this one. ![]() ![]()

Re: 77 Monte Carlo
Looks like the car and the paint came out good! What brand of kit is that?

Re: 77 Monte Carlo
Nice work, love the paint job.
I'm getting my first airbrush (Iwata) at the end of this month... any tips for those just starting out (airbrushing)? Did you spend a couple of hours getting used to the airbrush? I've had good results with cans but there are times where i really need to control the pressure. |

You would be surprised what kinda paint schemes you can do with rattle cans. |
