"DEBATE" Cold Air Intake

I have a 06 Dodge Charger 3.5 liter and I was debating on what Air Intake would be better to put on my vehicle. I was debating between the Mopar Air Intake (77060019AB) or the K&N Air Intake (57-1543). Can someone let me know which one would be the best to put on for the vehicle.
