97 Cavalier antilock issues
hi all, have a 97 in the garage with a C1245 code, rf motor will not turn. I replaced the antilock motor pack, checked the modulators for the correct movement. Wiring to the 6 pin connector at the motor pack is good all the way to the EBCM. I noticed while looking at the data stream in my scanner voltage to the EBCM is low, 2.46 volts. The wire from the 20a mini fuse in the engine compartment to the EBCM is also good. I measure the same voltage at the 20a mini fuse that I do at the 8 pin EBCM connector in the car. What supplies this circuit power? Should I suspect a bad EBCM? Any ideas?

Re: 97 Cavalier antilock issues
The 20 amp fuse gets its power from the 40 amp ABS fuse through the EBC relay. Check the power in and out at that relay.

Re: 97 Cavalier antilock issues
i mean, the fat wire at the 20a fuse goes to the EBCM via the firewall pass thru, but the skinny orange source wire from the fuse goes back into the harness and i dont know where it goes from there.
