1990 grand prix questions

I bought a 1990 grand prix 4 door with the 3.1 motor, the gentleman i bought it from showed me all the paperwork on the recent motor rebuild and the bore/stoke he had done, he also has all the reciepts for performance injectors fuel rail ect.... and a dyno print of the car making 205fwhp and 194tq since i have had the car i have added all new 3in exhaust all the way back and a ramair intake w/k&n conical filter and deffinitly felt alot of power in the low rpm range, two thing i want to know, one is that sometimes when i start up it chugs for a while and then will even out after a few blocks, what might be causing this? also i recently bought a 90 grand prix ste turbo 4 door that was totaled in the rear, im wondering since its the same 3.1 motor if i could swap the turdo setup from the ste directly over or would i be better off swaping full engine, i would rather do the turbo only swap due to all the internal upgrades on my n/a 3.1 seeing as its making 200+fwhp with no forced induction and adding forced induction i could hope for 260+ when the stock ste is rated at 250 from the factory and maybe only making 150+ being an older motor with a ton of miles on it, any advice? ohh and also the 16inch wheels from the 1990 ste will not fit my 1990 le everything looks the same why is this? the wheel rubs the rear control arm and brake caliper. thank you guys.
