rim sizes

I have a 97 blazer 4x4. Acording to everything I find the rim size is 15x7 5/4.75 bolt pattern. I have an chance to pick up wheels and tires off an 87 4x4 blazer real cheap...like $150 and in great shape. The specs for that rim are the same (I think).
Will they fit? I dont know about hub size and offset. Does that change or even matter? Cant find any info on the web about rim size/crossover.
