Do the injec tors pulse when cranked, is the fuel pressure the proper pressure, will it start spraying carb cleaner into the intake?

Re: 98 deville wont start

If it won't start with carb cleaner you have no or weak/no spark, if the compression and timing are ok.

Remote start operates the ign and starter, could be something there, the N'star has a chain, not normally an issue.
