1988 Sedan Deville inside fan problem

I just recently bought a 1988 Cadillac Deville and I noticed that the inside fan isnt turning on. Its not making a sound at all. The fuse is still good and I even put a new one in. Ive tried auto fan, Hi fan, and low fan and the sceen reads it...it just isnt working at all. If anyone could help, I couldnt thank you enough. Thanks
