P0750, shift solenoid A malfunction

03 neon 2.0L auto 4 speed with 90k
Vehicle is stuck in " limp mode", will not shift out of 1st gear. OBII shows P0700 and P0750 codes. 0750 is Shift Solenoid A malfunction, replaced the trans control solenoid on the front of the tranny, also replaced VSS input and output sensors. No dice. Checked all grounds and wires from solenoid to PCM, everything looks good. Any help would be greatly appricated.
