99 malibu trans and abs

My malibu 3100v6 140000k shifts great into 1st and 2nd great but no third or OD. It dosent matter if its in drive or manually shift. Reverse works fine. Fluid is fine and full( was checked while running and hot). Abs and brake light are both on. Brakes work fine. I see a lot of threads with just abs lights but not both.
