reset ecu
how to reset the ecu bosch 0 261 203 938/939 02/02/1995 AUDI A4
please the car turns over start in 1st gear with foot on the accelerator and car will move but then it will die (keeps doing this) there are lights flashing on the dash the fuel,water and the hazard also a small circle with a car ans a key in centre please help

I don't know the exact location of the reset switch but it should be near the fuse box.

I had this exact same problem when I bought my TT. It was a pain in the ass to begin with but I tried to reset it myself and it didn't seem to help. Finally I took it into an Audi Service Tech and they had to re-wire a couple things, and reset the ECU and it has worked great since. It was about a $800 repair but it should be covered under warranty.
