Wanted dead or alive : Fujimi porsche 911r

I am looking for a Fujimi Porsche 911R for parts (dead or alive) . I still can't find replacement parts for it.

Did you try ordering the parts from HLJ? Have they told you that they cannot get them?

Yes... I know. I still have no idea how to get replacement parts. I called Armando @ Dragon Models USA. Still nothing. I am still looking for a 911R kit for parts or another way to get replacement parts.

Go to to eBay.com and buy one from there, there's plenty around.

What parts specifically are you looking for? Some of the EM 911 kits have the same basic parts, and I have quite a few different ones, but not the R.

so the short answer to the quoted question is "no" then.

i) You're not likely to find a source for Fujimi kits, other than chancing it on Ebay, that will be cheaper than HLJ.

ii) HLJ accepts payments by paypal if credit card is an issue.

iii) HLJ does a parts replacement service so you won't need to pay for a whole kit.

What's not to know? It's simple and easy. As was mentioned in your previous thread, if you want replacement parts for a Fujimi kit, get them from HLJ. Just follow the instructions on this page. Do it. It's easy, it's safe, it's much cheaper then getting another kit. It's an excellent service- many here have used it, I've lost count of how many times I've used it.

You will not find a service in the US that will find the parts for you- you are wasting your time looking. HLJ is much better than Tamiya USA's parts replacement service (which I have also used multiple times). Fujimi has no parts replacement (or representation of any kind) in the US. If you want parts for a Japanese kit, you will find them in Japan. If you cannot be bothered to order them from Japan, we can't help you.

Not to mention that this thread should be in the classified section, anyway......

Is Troll spelt with one "l" or two...?

He's not even a troll, he's just a cheapo. He already stated it several times he's looking for this body shell in the US because the shipping costs are less than from Japan!

You've been told everything you need to know about getting replacement parts for your kit. If you choose not to do it, it is up to you. If you want to try to find another kit, post it in the classified section.
