Wheel a;ignment specification

Jesus this must be a national secret. What is it with something an ordinary as wheel alignment specs. I used to be able to find them anywhere.

Anyway has anyone got toe-in and camber specifications for a 1990 Buick Le Sabre 4-door standard old Buick?

No, I don't havea machine any longer, but I still have turn tables and a level with magnet and degrees. It is more time consuming but that is what we did before machines.

No they don't.
I went to Autozone yesterday and they tried to find the alignment specs and they could not find any. That they could not find the specs is part of the reason that I am so irritated.

Improper alignment is a safety issue and those figures should be readily available. By the way I also called a local Buick dealer and the service rep couldn't find them either but then some of these service reps leave something to be desired.

I can't imagine you can do an alignment justice. Just go to a dependable shop that guarantees their work and have it done.

The Hamilton county library system has access to AllData. It probably is from computers within a branch instead of from your home computer like most databases they offer can be accessed. But that way you can get the data and save it on USB memory or print out things you want!

You can't imaging that some one can measure something as complicated as an angle within a tenth of a degree or within a 64th of an inch?

Is there any wonder that Japan is wiping our bottoms?

What great technological advances have there been in the automobile manufacturing in the past seventy years in front suspensions that would cause fear in the minds of owners of today's automobiles? Has our education system failed us completely. Is there any wonder that Cincinnati no longer produces machine tools.

Should I throw away my alignment turn tables and levels? When I set up cars to race at Mid Ohio and Indianapolis forty years ago, was I jeopardizing the drivers?

Talk about the dumbing down of America.
