seat air bags
I want to use seats from a newer car in my old car. These seats have air bags in the side. The car they are going into doesn't even have a computer, therefore the air bags won't be hooked up. Is there any chance of these air bags deploying by mistake, maybe by static? Is there anything I can do to disable them? Thanks

I wouldn't think if they aren't hooked up electrically that they would ever deploy but I'm certainly no expert on airbags ! You could remove the inner workings and replace the exterior pieces without them .
