02' Savanna 2500 dies...

I been having a problem with this van for a while now. So the problem is that when i am driving and when i let off the gas the van wants to shut off and die so i kinda have to keep playing with the gas peddal so it wont die. Sofar i ahve changed out ALOT of parts and still wants to die. I have changed out: New fuel pump, New Distributor, New Cap + Rotors, Spark Plugs, Plug Wires, Crank Sensor, Transmission range sensor, New Air Filter, New Mass Air Flow Meter, New Fuel Filter and probably a few more things. It is pretty much tuned up and all the fuel stuff is changed and even tried 3 different ECMs. So now i dont know what to do and the dealer wants $130 for diagnosis. But i wanted to check here and see if anyone here ever had that same problem. The van starts up fine drives fine but wants to die when i let off the gas pedal. So any ideas?
