It might make sense to be a little bit more specific on what you need.
For example, there's a big difference between printing simple, one color decals and complex 7 color decals. It would be best to show photos of what you want to replicate IMO

Thats only a small black and silver logo decals, nothing really big.
( exept this big APR graphic and toyo tires on side skirts - I have this decals )

www.rallye-miniature.com can design and print any decals on demand, but it's a professional, with a professional solution and cost, what you will have problems to avoid due to the fact you need silver and silver is only available on professional printers and pro-like ones...
The firm is located in France but you can contact them writing in English (or even russian). Feel free to ask me if I can help you more.
