Disco II Air conditioning

Hi all, about 4 days ago my air conditioning quit working. I am assuming that the heater core and air conditioning compressors still work. When I turn the power off on the A/C I feel some air come through, depending on what the temp is when I turned the A/C off is the temp that will slightly come through the vents.

When I cycle through the fan speed it doesn't work.

Is it safe to assume that my air conditioning fan went out? And how hard of a fix is it?
