99 Premier been sitting for 5 months won't start

I have tried jumping it but not even a peep. Any ideas on how I can get it started so I can take it to Carmax and get some dough for it?

You may have to remove both battery cables (BOTH ends), thoroughly clean the connections (both on the battery and starter) and re-install wrench tight. (NOT hand tight like some try to get away with, it doesn't work)

OR, attach the booster positive cable clamp directly to the starter solenoid (This may be integral ) or battery cable connection on the starter.

Attach the negative booster cable clamp to a metal part of the engine (NOT the battery post) then attempt a start.

If the battery is stone cold dead (after five months it likely is) you'll either have to replace it with a reasonably good one or wait after hooking up the booster cables to let the battery take enough charge to keep the motor running after it starts. This may take well over 1/2 hour.
