99 f250 ball joint replacement (2 wheel drive)

has anyone replaced the ball joints on a twin i-beam f250 superduty 2 wheel drive ... if so can you walk me thorugh it

any help is appreciated

you may need a ball joint press for them you can rent them at auto zone but when you do them it wize to replace both so you do dont have to go back and do the other later i have done some but not the newer ford its timely but it can be done

Take off the brake calipers and the rotors. Remove the spindle/knuckle assembly with the ball joints attatched. Put it in a vise. Remove the lower ball joint. Undo the snap ring on the upper ball joint and press it off with a suitable tool. The installation is just the reverse order on the above.
