01 Impala air bag removal.

the car has not been wrecked but i need to take the stearing wheel off. i have air bag detached from the wheel itself but not the wires. how do i go about removing it the rest of the way? there are 2 yellow wires that come from one larger wire they go to one pink/purple connector and one gray connector. i dont want to screw up my air bag or have it deploy. help guys.

figured it with some pics from ebay. if anybody else runs into this. there is a yellow connector piggy backing the gray and purpleish ones there is a locking tab on that yellow connector. simply pull up on the locking tab and then pull the whole thing out of the air bag.
