LoW profile sports tires noise at low speed. Zr rated

I have low profile sports tires 235/45 zr rated. They make noise at low speeds. Between 10 to 30 mph. Help! Is this normal

different tread designs will have different levels of road noise. from the very little info youve given id say this is normal.
