Where can i findResin/Metal kits in Hong Kong shops

Hi everyone, I know many have asked about model shops in Hong Kong before. But more specifically for me i wish to know where can i find resin/metal kits, like MFH, Tameo, BBR, S27 and etc in Hong Kong model shops? I really need to zoom into these shops straightaway due to my tight schedule!! Thanks!

Re: Where can i findResin/Metal kits in Hong Kong shops

There's one "shop" (actually more like a small room) located at 8th floor, near Mongkok had some MFH, S27, top studio, crazy modeler, hobby design. I visited the shop few months ago during a trip to HK but I'm not sure whether did they had what you need.

The full address is:
Room 806, 8/F., Ho King Commercial Centre,
2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Re: Where can i findResin/Metal kits in Hong Kong shops

Hi thanks Entau! I have just returned from Hong Kong and i have found the shop you mentioned. Its really small indeed and its does have some PE, transkits but im rather disappointed of him not having most of the stuff he stated to be in stock on his website. Everything needs to preorder especially kits.

Anyway, I have know another shop nearby called Rockon Models which sell a great variety of PE, transkits, and i even realised a new company Project R is selling many new transkits versions of R35. Anyway I have bought the most kits at one time of my life, as they are really really really cheap. Taking the F248F1 for example, they are just selling for $USD32! where i would have to pay easily $USD58 if i were to purchase from Singapore!

Yeah, the shop was really small, so his stock was quite limited as well.

Is the two shop you mention new? actually i spend most of the time shopping at mongkok, but didnt really found much after market stuff, maybe i should check the two shop the next time i go HK again

I found only one other shop which sells aftermarket parts and that is Rockon Models, just nearby, in one of the small walkways. The Project R company is just another scale company producing transkits and resin kits. They are the one which sells fully opened 1/43 resin Enzo Ferrari and Mclaren SLR and etc.. Not very expensive either.

Im really happy to find the Rockon Model shop as it save my day when it has the Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M transkits im looking for where it sells at around 270 HKD or 35USD, relatively cheaper than if i order online. In short, it was a great shopping trip.
