Please help me!

K guys this is fucked, I know enough about cars to fix whatever problems im having, IF i know what it is...this one im stumped on. I have a 92 Eagle Talon non-turbo, When I start it up it idols quite rough at about 1000 rpms, if I try to drive it it takes me having my foot fully to the floor on the gas for about a minute and a half for the car to even realize I have my foot on the gas and rev. Then every single time I switch gears, either up or down shift it does the same thing, it feels like its bogging for the minute and a half with my foot fully to the floor.....PLEASE HELP....any ideas or suggestions, or even possibly the RIGHT answer would be AMAZING!

Re: Please help me!

So you put your foot on the pedal and there is no reaction at all from the car? Does it stutter more or does it just stay the same? Seems like it wouldn't be drivable at all if it takes that long for any reaction from it...
