1999 honda oddyssey drivers seat

the driver's seat in our van leans back when ever you lay on it. could you tell me why it does this and if there is anyway i can fix it

I had the same problem, until I realized that everytime I entered and exitted the driver seat, my backside would briefly hit the automatic recliner button. Bad design by Honda, but at least I now know to be more careful when entering and exitting the van.
