Unhappy Brake lamp light is on

my brake lamp light turned on this morning.. not the emergency brake light. the other one. where the door open indicator is at. but i see that when i press the brake pedal, the lights turn on in the back of the car. could it be the switch? any help would be nice..

You might have a burned out bulb somewhere in the back. There is a relay module in the trunk near one of the rear tail light assemblies that detects burned out bulbs.

That is a different topic and you better start a new thread with correct subject line. This way you may get more help. You need to provide your car's information, mileage, maintenance history, etc.

Just to give you heads up: look into spark plugs, wires, distributor cap.
