03 accord, air seems to only run on defrost. HELP MY BABY

so i just bought this car with 92xxx miles on it. a/c works but no matter what setting i have on. the air runs on the windshild and fogs it up. also air flow is very weak on the dash but very strong on the windshild. changed the cabin filter which had half inch of sand in it and still the same air flow. Im thinking fuse box, so im off to check them out next. thanks guys any help is HELP!

On some vehicles the buttons are operated by the vacuum. Make sure you do not have vacuum leak.

Since the system was abused you may have air ducts clogged, but I have no idea how to check that.

thanks sam ur the best, that explains the hissing noise iv been hearing, the low idel and the air problem. i will post the results. by the way im a girl that works on my own cars and i think i love u...lol

So i did not find anything about vacuum leak, but i did find the motor that would get stuck. Its called the, air mix control motor. Its a small 12v motor with snake gears. And u can only get one from the dealer. thanks for the info though.
