Heat Shields above the pipe attached to body
I've got the heat shield rattle that 95% of X owners seem to get at one point or another. However, most of the information I find refers to the shields that are physically attached to the pipes.
My rattle is coming from one of the shields on the body above the pipes. I tried bending it and wiring it down to the frame but it won't go away. Other people have had no problems ripping off the shields on the pipe, but has anyone ripped off the shields on the body work?
