2000 Villager Estate

I need to know where the EGR temperature sensor plugs in to. I am assuming that is what this is. It looks like a temperature sensor that is in the EGR and has a two wire pigtail coming out of it with a sort of fabric wrap around it.

A little background so you know why I need this information. This past weekend I finnally decided to tackle changing the rear valve cover gasket which was leaking oil in two places and of course right on the exhaust causing my wife to want this done ASAP of course. All went well and everything is back together correctly except in the end there was one connector that I did not unhook myself and the person helping "Can't remember where it was". Well everything on tha van runs great and there is no leak and I am assuming that because it is a EGR temperature sensor that this will not harm the vehicle too much to run it until I find the connector. I do not want to tear down the whole thing again just to find it and it can not be too far from the EGR but I have failed to find it thus far and do not even know if it plugs into a solid object or if it plugs into another wire harness and where that harness would come from.

If anyone can give me some insight as to where this other connector would be located if it is on a wire harness from any specific place or plugs into a specific place I would be very grateful and my wife may let me leave the garage for a little while and come back in the house.

Re: 2000 Villager Estate

In case anyone needs this it has a 3.3l Engine. I do not believe they made any other engine for the villager in that year because no parts store has every given me the choice but I will be the first to admit I don't know everything.
