i have a shortin colloing fan any suggestions

i have 94 plymouth grand i replaced all of the relys and still wont work if (fan) hook up direct fan come on it over heat sitting still run great while driving try to hook up a toggle switch buit always got hot how do i find short please help

When you say you replaced all relays, did you mean in the fuse box under hood as well as the relay attached to drivers side fender well? These cars have had issues with the fan relay that is attached to the fender well ( go under and trace the electrical wiring from the fan motor to the fan relay), if you have not replaced this item I would.
