1997 Dodge Ram 318 Motor Having A/c Problems
The A/c In my truck is not working, i thought it was the compressor and replaced it and that wasnt it, the truck wont take any freon at all. What else could it be??

I have a similar issue. I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 extended cab 4x4 with 5.2 (316cu) V8. My a/c only blows intermittently. At times it will come on with no issue. Other times it wont come on at all. Sometimes slaming the passenger door makes it come on, sometimes this does not work. The compressor works and there is freon in the lines. I though it may be a bad spot int he windings of the blower motor but the guys at Checker Auto Parts insist that is not the issue.
