elecreical problem hazzards,right blinker,brake lights

i have an 89 firebird the hazzards, blinker and brake lights do not work i had a blown fuse and replaced it. it worked for a while but now its doing it again the fuse looks okay.when i turn on the right blinker it clicks but doesn't light up in side or outside. when i turn on the hazzards nothng happens-no clicking either. and the brake lights just dont work at all. when i had the r blinker on and pulled down the convience center it worked for a bit then stopped- any ideas
