Will a truck 95 truck 350tbi go in 92 caprice

I just got a '92 caprice from a friend who is moveing and had to get rid of her, Anyway she's has a 305 in now, and was wondering if a '94 truck 350 tbi will fit right in, or do i have to make some modifications. Any and all info WILL be greatly appritiated.

The engine should bolt in directly. The transmission should bolt directly to the engine since they both used a 1-piece RMS. It would be easiest to maintain the 1992 ECM and engine controls, and that may require exchanging some sensors between the two engines.

Another thing to consider is whether the '94 truck engine has a roller cam or flat tappet. Into early 1995, some truck engines still used a flat tappet cam.

Thanks Blue Bowtie, The truck 350 is going to be modified mildly (but not to mild,) anyway, a friend already made a list of everything going into the 350 , i have to get it from him so i can start collecting those parts. He has the 350 tore down and grtting it preped for machining (incl. heads)
